Here is a picture of my 1968 Firebird. This car has had a body-off restoration that took 6 years to complete. The body was very solid needing only the driver side rear quarter panel replaced. The color is its original color of Meridian Turquoise, and the interior is black. Originally this car was a 350 with an automatic transmission. It now has a 400 backed by a 4-speed Muncie and a 12 bolt 3.42 geared rearend. The engine is a 71 YS 400 bored 30 over with #96 heads. The final touches, just finished this past summer include ceramic coated Dynomax headers and a PYPES 2.5 inch X pipe exhaust system. Thanks to Performance Years for all the great parts and advice!!
