I have a project 67 Firebird, non-numbers matching, but very solid. It has a '68 Pontiac 400 YE code 340 horse engine. It has #16 heads, Edelbrock Performer intake and Performer 750 cfm carb. The previous owner only had it for three months, but decided to get rid of the car to play with his Harley! Since the pictures were taken I have purchased a used stock shifter and console. I will be finishing up the console and shifter with parts purchased here at Performance Years. I had to put on the Shiftworks Powerglide to Turbo conversion, which works great! I will be getting new sill plates soon through PY to clean up the door openings. Later this year I will be looking at cleaning up the engine and trunk compartments. I live in Erie, Pa., so it's just across the state to get my parts instead of across the country. I'm glad to see a company like PY catering to Pontiac owners .."Even when you think the car is done, you find something else to fix"
