I purchased this car from a used car lot in 1985 when I lived in Colorado, he was going to send it to the crusher because he didn't think it was worth anything. So I paid him what the scrape metal man would have given him, $450, and took the car home. It had a 67 front end on it, but was fairly complete inside, almost all of the chrome was missing. A year and a half later it was looking a lot better. It has the original 389 with the 323 limited slip rear end. It is supposed to have the two speed auto but I replaced it with a 4 speed muncie wide ratio. It currently has an Edelbrock performer intake and a Holley 780 4 bbl but some day I would love to put a tri-power on it. Other than that it is pretty much original.
