I bought the car exactly one year ago June 1st 2001 from my brother in law. I had to sell my 1971 chevelle 454 to get it, but I really wanted this car. I bought the car for $7000 and drove it on a u-haul trailer to west palm beach from memphis.

The car was originally blue, and had been repainted once five years ago to red. The car is all original less paint and engine. The 350 was replaced with a YC 455. The 455 had been built 2 weeks before I picked the car up, but a year later after disappointing times at the strip I came to find the the first guy didn't build the engine correctly. The pistons were too tight in the bores, and it finally just died on me. Now the engine is back about $2600 later a 468 is installed, 6H heads, mild cam, and forged pistons. After wrecking it going around a corner I replaced both rear axles with new Moser ones, and both rear wheels with new pontiac II's 15X8.

I love this car, it puts all my friends ricers to shame with just the sound. I'm only 17 and I plan to get this running good before I get too old...lol.

The future holds a POSI and 3.73's, a new carb still undecided, 3" exhaust, and drag radials. Heads?
